After finishing auxiliaries are mainly used to improve the appearance and internal quality of the fabric, improve the handle, stabilize the shape, improve the wearability, or give the fabric some special functions, such as shrink proof, wrinkle resistant, flame retardant, antistatic, mildew and bacteria proof, antifouling and oil proofing.

Chemical fiber finish is used to adjust the friction characteristics of the fiber, prevent or eliminate the accumulation of static electricity, endow the fiber with the characteristics of smoothness and softness, improve the cohesion of the fiber, protect the strength of the fiber, reduce the breakage rate, so that the chemical fiber can smoothly pass through the processes of spinning, stretching, elastic spinning and weaving. In fact, it is also used in the processing of natural fiber such as cotton, wool, hemp and silk To the corresponding oil. With the increasing types of functional fabrics, the varieties of finishes are also increasing.
